• In 1986 FGI supplied a package deal for Al Mouwasat, a 250-bed private hospital in Dammam, Saudi Arabia

• In 1991 FGI supplied a contract for 12 hospitals to The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Health, through a local Saudi Arabian company located in Riyadh

• In 1993 FGI supplied the expansion of Heraa (200-bed) and Al Noor (500-bed) Hospitals to the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Health, through a local Saudi company located in Riyadh

• In 1996 FGI supplied a package deal for the Sheebah Industrial Medical Center in Saudi Arabia, which belongs to Aramco company through a company located in Athens, Greece

• In 1998 FGI supplied a package deal to the Venezuelan government, which was financed by the World Bank

• In 1998 FGI supplied Al Mouwasat Hospital in Dammam Saudi Arabia with a package deal for the plastic surgery department, which included 4 types of state-of-the-art laser equipment and furniture
